For some reason I don't know, my pc's "Custom lock screen background" doesn't show up in "welcome sign-in startup screen" after the laptop's booting process. this issue started since after I upgraded from windows 10 enterprise to pro due to windows defender missing and I've tried every solution to this issue I found in the internet and it didn't work, not even resetting the pc could work and that left me no choice but to install windows 10 pro with the option "keep my files but remove apps and settings" using windows 10 pro setup (I would have re-installed windows 10 enterprise if I had the se
