Deleted a patition on my pc now i cant access my 500 gig SSD

I recently reset my PC and i wanted to delete old windows 10 OS so i read a forum post that said to delete a disk partition through disk management which i did now i cant access my 500 gig SSD on my system it only shows my C: drive
