my laptop is hp xEnvy 360 ryzen3 it is Japanese version one and ELAN ezTouchfilter shows this (This device cannot start. (Code 10) A request for the HID descriptor failed). it was working good before 2 months and it is not working right now can you help me with that. kind regards,aayush
