Hello,I have had this problem for a while on my HP Envy desktop computer. My computer does not boot and stays on the Blue Screen of Death with the error Bad_System_Config_Info. I have tried most suggestions online including:-bootrec /fixboot-startup repair-uninstalling update-Reset this PC option - did not finish taskI believe my hard drive is fine and functioning after no error was found with the CHKDSK (check disk) command.My main concern is the loss of my computer's data as I have a lot of family photos and files that are not backed up stored on this computer.My question is: Is there anothe
