Hello. I had the 6D embroidery program installed from the original CD and a pendrive that I have to insert to be able to run the program. a few days ago, due to a problem with starting the computer after changing the contrast, I selected the Refresh my pc option, which removed all my programs, including 6D embroidery. I tried to install the program from the CD, but some error popped up (I don't remember what I would have to check later, because now I can't), what should I do? I have Windows 8.1 I bought the program together with the embroidery machine
