Qemu error on Windows 11: This app cant run on your PC.

Hello! I have a problem with Qemu on Windows 11 Home 24H2. Im trying to create a VM with Qemu, using CMD. When I enter this command: ”qemu-system-x86_64.exe -cpu Solo -M pc -m 1G -cdrom en_winxp_tablet_2005.iso -hda harddisk.qcow2”, it gives me this error : This app cant run on your PC. Any toughts on why this could happen or possible fixes?
