Issue Description:I am experiencing an issue with my Lenovo Ideapad 330 15ARR. When I turn it on, the screen remains black, and nothing else appears. Initially, I encountered a blue screen with error code "0xc0000185," but now the screen stays black with no further messages.Steps I Have Taken1. I have a bootable USB drive ready for use.2.
