If windows 10 is at its end of life, why not just grant us what we want? Windows 10 explorer tabs?

I don't use windows 11, I find it too heavy, things aren't as instant. The only thing I'd need is tabs for windows 10. As of now I use FILES COMMUNITY for windows 10. Its good, but its a bit heavy and not as intergrated into the operating system as explorer itself. Am used to the feel of native explorer, not other explorers. If windows 10 is getting sunset, then why not just close it with this feature? Doesn't make sense to refuse adding tabs, coz am never going to Windows 11. I don't use anything on my computer apart from chrome and file transfers using disks, I work with huge data transfters
