Keep being redirected from Google to Bing, and its's affecting my whole computer now?

So I'm having this issue where my computer keeps redirecting my searches to Bing for no reason, originally this would just be an email or such to Google/Chrome it's now seemingly affecting my computer as a whole.I have everything in my Chrome set to send me to Google, but I still get redirected at times, nothing comes up when I scan with MalwareBytes or Windows Defender. Don't have any dodgy extensions, nothing.And now, today, when I've turned on my computer even my wallpaper is a Bing wallpaper! I haven't activated my Windows 10 yet (costs like £100+, who has that much money?) so my wallpaper
