Can't activate windows 10 with ThinkPad T450 bios key

I am trying to reactivate windows 10 Pro with the bios key the ThinkPad T450 came with. I used a software to find the bios key to manually type it in and get the error. I replaced SSD "256GB" drive with a 1TB SSD and reinstalled windows 10. Windows product key finder saysWindows Product Key Information Product Name: Windows 10 ProProduct ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXInstalled Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXOEM Key: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXOEM Edition: Win 8.1 RTM Professional OEM:DM The Xs are the keys but not posting online.
