Hello,I have a laptop from 2014 that I can’t get in to. I swear I know the password, but it won’t let me in. It instructs me to go to reset my password online for my microsoft account. I tried that several times on my phone, but the new password will not interface to my laptop, and I still can’t get in. I can’t figure out why it won’t let me in. I am connected to the internet on my old laptop still and everything.
