I forgot my windows 10 login password and my pin suddenly stopped working, so did the face unlock feature. The only roundabout i could see was to install a new version of windows from using a bootable flash drive. The only problem that remained was that there were many precious image and video files on my laptop and i needed a backup of all that. luckily, while installing the new windows, dell supportassist showed me the option to create a supportassist backup for all the files that existed.
