Laptop isn't detecting any wired audio device.

My system is not picking up any audio output devices (speakers/headphones) when I plug them into the audio jacks, I have installed the latest Realtek Audio Driver.I tried running the RPC app but shows an error saying "Can not connect to RPC services", and when I tried to follow the guide on the link above, I could not find theRealtek HD Audio Universal Service in SERVICES.EXE. Kindly advise on how I can resolve this, thanks.My Laptop is Dell Precision 7520. Windows10
