Error 0x80070780

I am trying to transfer some files of a user file to another and i get this error "Error 0x80070780" the file that has this problem is not exactly a file it's a an app called "GameBarElevatedFT_Alias" where i find it in "Appdata" then "Local" and then "Microsoft" and then WindowsApps". The only way to transfer my files is not to transfer the file which has the error. What can i do?
