Ethernet is connected but it says Action needed No Internet.

I have Gaming PC that is connected to via ethernet cable and then one day I turned it on and it shows the globe saying action needed no internet. How would I be able to solve this issue as its been like this for two weeks. This is the first time its happening to me.Any help will be much appreciated.
