While in my Hotmail account, I can not receive emails from myself by using my Hotmail address that I've had for years.

Hello, I have always sent emails to myself when wanting to save information/links from other sites. Now, when I do so, I get an error message that states my mailbox is not available, while I am actually sending the email from my Hotmail inbox. My storage is not full, and I've reset my password several times; no solution. There was an AT&T breach in which my Hotmail address was exposed, and I noticed via "View Activity", my account has been attempted to be accessed from different countries. I also have been told by other important recipients of mine that they can no longer send emails to me
