how do i fix when documents and pictures gone after i deleted them in onedrive

i was getting frustrated on my onedrive that was getting full and giveing me notification so i just deleted all of it than my documents and pictures is gone i have them saved but nothing ive checked regedit nothing cant even find a trace of it existing anymore
