My Games keep crashing telling me that my drivers are outdated and then I get a blue screen, Also need help with windows updater not opening

A few days ago my pc completely stopped reading my gpu. after 2 hours of trying and messing with bios I somehow got it back, Download the latest driver for it and yet my games crash, after the crash I get a blue screen. Ive been looking to fix this for daysI am also missing these in ServicesWindows UpdateBackground Intelligent Transfer ServiceUpdate Orchestrator ServiceDelivery Optimization
