How to rescheduled Azure-900 certification? In profile section it is not showing anything

I have scheduled the Azure -900 examination and paid bucks for it but it was an issue from the OnVue side. I received an email asking to reschedule it but I’m not getting any options for rescheduling. I have sent so many emails with screenshots but haven’t heard back
