I faced an issue in my windows server 2012 that every four days showing perflib error: The Open Procedure for service "BITS" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\bitsperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the error code. And I solved it just by restart the server and after four days again will show up. I tried many solutions in cmd and reReg, but without any solution even temporarily solution.Please I need your help
