hello.I'm running servers and storage.I recently did a storage controller firmware update and did the following.1. shut down the server (so there is no I/O)2. update storage controller firmware3. boot server after storage controller firmware update completedI checked disk management on the server and the disk has been taken offline.This led us to contact the server and storage vendors, but they found no issues with the hardware devices.They gave me a few things to check, one of which was to check the SAN policy.If no settings were changed after the OS installation, the SAN policy only knows th
