Windows not activating and shows some unknown error

I saw an error on my laptop saying I should activate windows. I cleared the product key and the error have gone. Now I’m not seeing my product key and I used ShowKeyPlus to find my product key, anytime I insert the key it tells me it’s an organization key and I should contact the organization to allow me use the key.
