Hi I can't install any driver in my laptop they asking for admin and password but when i put my email and password still not accept it. Please help

Hi,Please help me to assist I can't install any programs or drivers in my laptop. Always appear the admin user and password but when i tried to input my email and password still not accepting it. Kindly assist what will i do for this kind of error.
