I just refreshed windows 10 and now the activation code is not working.

I have the same PC for 20 years. Started with Win 7. I just refreshed windows 10 and now the activation code is not working. The error says "check values and try again". This PC is not eligible for windows 11. I am sure I input the correct code from the OEM sticker.. Please help troubleshoot.
