This question has been asked, and answered, in a sense, by others. However, the problem remains on my system, and everyone I know. Many solutions online I have found are not really solutions, and the threads are locked. Our IT department was no help, they said to do what I already do, type the @ symbol in notepad, then copy and paste. This is a very small task, but when it is done over and over again and when one is working on something important (we all have paperwork to do) this is like hitting a speed bump that you didn't see and you are at the speed limit.
