E-mail about changes in terms, but I use a Mac?

HiI got an e-mail from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that says that the terms of using Microsoft services (products) online are changing.The only problem I can see here, is that personally, I am using a Mac at home. At work I am fighting with a Windows laptop for sure, but I have a work related account. So why did the e-mail come to my private e-mail account (gmail)? Odd.Best regards, Eva
