How do I back up my data and files except for Windows settings because they are broken or not working properly I think it is some virus or malware. So, I want to manually upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11.If I upgrade, will my system files and Regedit be repaired?The problem I am facing currently is that my UAC automatically turns off when I turn it on, and when I try to turn it on, it says it can't be started.
