Hello. What is the reason of this message, it appeared 2-nd time after installing Windows 10 . How to fix it?

Hello. The problem started with blue screen on my laptop, so I reinstalled my Windows 10 again. I have no idea why I got blue screen. But I remember that I had such message on my laptop, as you see on my screenshot, before blue screen.So, I downloaded Windows 10 from the official Microsoft site, on my flash drive using another laptop with Media Creation Tool. My installation of Windows 10 was easy and successful.
