The morning after updating the laptop the laptop (upon being turned on) gets stuck in a loop where it prepares for an automatic repair before restarting. Upon consulting similar posts I tried to access the trouble shoot and repair screen to open the laptop in safe mode. This screen is unavailable by all roots tried. This includes turning off and on three times, holding shift during start up, pressing the key binds to reach it and attempting to access it via the start up paused menu. Attempts to access the repair scene reach a recovery screen which says that the pc needs to be repaired. It says
