I am using my moms Desktop and it is currently stuck at Windows 10; not wanting to update anymore (I need it to update to Windows 11). I tried using commands that I found in threads with my first issue but none of those were working. My mom and I figured it would be best to reset the PC and start completely fresh; & to take the opportunity to get things that aren't needed anymore, gone. Long story short, I can't even reset the PC. "There was a problem resetting your PC.
