About Volume MAK window license

On 2016, I bought 15 workstation HP with window license. On admin portal it's show my license is Volume License.I have some question need to be clarify:1. Can I check how many PC is using that license? is it legal to use the license on 20PCs ?2. A PC is activated with window volume key will be lost activation when I re-install a fresh window?Thank you.Chris.
