Can't install Windows Update KB5040437 on Windows Server 2022 Datacenter

Hi, can someone help me. I can't install Windows Update KB5040437 in Windows Server 2022 Datacenter.I already did the sfc command to fix the issue but still doesn't work.I also did the reset Windows Update manually but still doesn't work.Additional resources for Windows Update - Windows Client | Microsoft LearnRestarted the Windows Update service but still doesn't work.I also did the DISM command "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" but still doesn't work.Lastly, I tried to install manually the Windows update KB5040437 by going to Microsoft Update Catalog but still doesn't work.The ver
