My windows 11 is locked as I forgot my pin and any other sign in options are not acceptable. I tried command prompt option but it isn’t working as my

I forgot my pin and entered wrong many times due to which other sign in options are locked as well as c drive is also locked hence I’m not able to proceed with command prompt option is there any other way out. Please help!
