Display issue with my 3rd Monitor

In display settings it is shows a small 3rd monitor but there is no output to the monitor itself. I use dell universal docking station and Lenovo T14 laptop. Again, it used to work and stopped. You can see in the attached image. Monitor 1 - is the laptopMonitor 3 - is my external monitorMonitor 2 - is my 3rd external monitor - identical size and model to Monitor 3
