My pc randomely completely freezes with the sound still playing, and needs a restart to start working again

This can happen in two hours, as soon as i boot it up or like 10 minutes while playing a game. From event viewer sometimes it says (A fatal hardware error has occured). In my WATCHDOG AND WHEA logger i dont have any reports, my folders are completely empty.This has been happening for a year now, and seems to happen frequently during the summer not like other periods of the year. Its really starting to annoy me because i dont know if its overheating ,low storage space, cpu or anything else. My specs are:Nvidia RTX 350Intel Core i5-11400thMotherboard Gygabite B560 M H
