My bitlocker does not appear

I followed all steps to find my bitlocker recovery key... I pressed bottom "display my discovery key" but nothing is displayed for me to copy. Why it is happen if I should have a bitlocker?I have two devices and this problem happen only in one of then.Just one more comments... I tried to used all of windows recovery options, but all of then asked my bitlocker recovery key and I could not informed it because it does not display for me to copy.Regards,Simone Brito
