Unable to re install Win 10 with media creation

Hello,I've downloaded Media creation tool of Win 10 in my USB.I restart my laptop by pressing F12 , while I have already inserted USB.When I get to BIOS, I choose USB Memory but the system didn't reboot -what did I do wrong?ThanksAlex
