Lately when my computer restarts, 90 percent of the time it gets to the Windows logo and just hangs. (10 percent of the time it goes through and loads fine.) I did create a recovery USB, thinking I probably need to re-install Windows, but I get very lost when it comes to the options, particularly regarding drive partitions, and not sure what to do. I am assuming that Windows somewhere has gotten corrupted and I need to re-install it. "Diagnosing PC" option doesn't yield any results. All my scans through various means show no errors on the drive. May I have some guidance, please?
