Hello,My wireless connection was recently reset: apparently it had accidentally become unplugged from the exterior of the building. After the technician fixed it, the wifi was fully functional on all machines (iOS, MacOS, Windows 11) except for one older Windows 10 laptop (a Dell Inspiron 7548 from 2015). Although both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks had been working perfectly well before on it, no networks from the Optimum company are currently detectable.
