Remote assistance in domain

Hello everyone. I have domain controller and RDS server running on Server 2022. I have employee, who must assist users inside RDS server by mstsc /shadow:x /control (shadow control) command. But I don't want to get him Admin rigths. Which rights I must assign to employee account for he might assist another users?
