I keel getting the corrupted game files message when i try to log into Fortnite.

I play on pc and whenever I try to log into Fortnite I get the “corrupted game files” message, preventing me from playing. I have tried everything from verifying my files on the epic games launcher to deleting Fortnite and the epic games launcher and reinstalling it. Please help.
