Win 10 Pro - why are Apps Consuming SO much CPU

Hi - I'm running Windows 10 on my laptop. I have turned off all Background processes. This morning I clicked "delete usage history" on Task Manager / App History. Why are Calculator, Windows Backup, and Media Player using CPU time? I do not see where I can upload image. So I will describe. In 4 hrs: CPU TimeCalculator 43 secWindows Backup 22 secMedia Player 03 secSince I have turned off "all background processes" these should be zero.
