Hello, I want to add a recovery phone number to my microsoft account but the verification code never arrives in my BT email inbox. Basic troubleshooting advice i've already tried:1. Checked junk/spam folders2. Checked email address spelled correctly 3. Waited in case of delayed delivery4. Checked Blocked addresses/ email rules5. Full inbox - no6.
