Windows 11 is frozen but I can still move my mouse pointer.

My computer windows 11 froze and then i could still move my mouse pointer. However, my mouse moved at 1 frame per second or something like that. After a minute or something, it went into the blue screen of death. Are there any solutions to this problem?Sincerely, Jimmy.
