Task Scheduler: One or more of the specified arguments are not valid

I can create a task in Scheduler. It runs as expected. However if I open the task in scheduler and then close it, I get the error message, "One or more of the specified arguments are not valid." This happens when I try to modify the task or even if I don't change anything. I am logged as the same user who created the task and the user is an administrator. This is on Win 10. I am not having this problem on my Win 11 computer. This is extremely annoying, particularly if I want to make changes to a task to tweak it to operate as expected. Thoughts?
