The following method works for installing Dot Net 3.5Launch an iso of win10 or place the files in a known location on your system or network.open powershell with elevated privilegesrun the following command: DISM /Online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:NetFx3 /All /LimitAccess /Source:d:\sources\sxsd: being the location of files.
