Stutters and crashes while playing video games

Issue: Demanding PC games are stuttering and eventually freezing and crashing to desktop. The computer generally does not crash, only the application ends. Today I had a blue screen however, the dump can be found here:081424-8984-01 games work fine otherwise performance wise. It only happens with performance heavy games. The crashes seem to happen randomly. Sometimes I can play for hours, sometimes they show up around half an hour of playing.I have already ran a clean install of GPU drivers, and updated the CPU drivers.Specs:processor:
