Hi, i am an owner of an inspiron 16 plus, it has been working fine, but all of a sudden, while i was turning it on, it turned on as usual, but when i tried to scan my fingerprint, i wouldn't do nothing, i tried many timed, but nothing.Then i tried inserting my pin, but when i selected that acces option, it said: "an error has been detected and your pin isn't available. Clic on riconfigure pin to riconfigure it".Then every 30 seconds or so an error appears on screen saying:" the system has detected a overflow of a buffer based on stack in this applicacion.
