Excel hanging and crashing multiple times per day (I have some large Excel files that access Bloomberg API), and now R crashing and exiting any time I try to run it (my R program reads from / writes to Excel files plus (so maybe it's Excel again) plus uses Bloomberg API separately from Excel, and uses large dataframes). Excel has been acting strangely for several weeks, but R has only started crashing in last few days.
