Hi, For nearly a year I have experienced very high CPU usage with my laptop, despite disabling searches and other programs. I do not run heavy applications, only Outlook, Excel, web browsers, Word, throughout the day. After a few days of not restarting or shutting down my laptop, the performance is incredibly slow (Especially for 40gbs of RAM). I have tried swapping out hardware, via Lenovo, which has not fixed the problem. I'm fairly convinced it's a Windows related issue.
